For Prospective Employees

The best word of career advice I can give to anyone- "Never give up on what you already have to offer. You have a gift to give to the world and it'll never happen if you're looking for something better."

Following this wisdom can take you far in life. We already have the "clues," so to speak about how to make things happen. We have the clues about who we really are and how we flow. We simply need to pursue this, persue the great energy we already have to create, and out of care for others try our best to include them. Include others in a way that reflects care for their core values and purpose in living.

Over the years with this company I have gone through many ups and downs with employees. In a trade where if you don't have experience, you're a liability on a dangerous jobsite and are, potentially, costly to educate, it can be difficult for both the employer and the employee. I have always found honesty and clarity about expectations as the first thing that must be clear. With professional presentation, and clarity in expression, I have attracted great employees, great friends, and relationships worthy of having for a lifetime. I believe, as an employee or subcontractor the same degree of professionalism is required to make things work.

For prospective employees, a new workplace could either mean a new set of issues, or a new set of opportuninties for your life and purpose. It's up to you which way you wish to go.
